MIT Case study based learning

The MIT Case Study Initiative seeks to create online cases for the traditional classroom setting as part of MIT Center for Real Estate’s first interactive Massive Open Online Course (MOOC).

The first case study explored how a real estate development firm in Panama City has produced a socially sustainable development strategy while creating real-estate value and enhancing long-term financial performance. Check out the video!
